Trying to identify if someone has committed a crime

The concerted effort by various jurisdictions to try and identify if Wiki Leaks has committed a crime is in itself a miscarriage of justice. If it is hard to even identify if a crime has taken place and then you put massive resources into trying to find a crime, then an immediate bias has been applied. I guarantee that almost every person on earth could be found guilty of something if you look hard enough and even more so if you look at those of the “Cloak and Dagger” fraternity who has the most to gain from stopping WikiLeaks.
